Other Pets Allowed:
Pet Application and Pet Addendum must be completed for all prospective pets. All pets must be approved by management before being brought to the property. Acceptable pets, where applicable, include dogs, cats, small, caged pets, birds (exceptions apply), and fish tanks 10 gallons and under. Snakes, reptiles, ferrets, wild animals, or exotic breeds are not accepted under any circumstances.
Pet policy:
The following dog breeds are restricted and will not be allowed: Husky German Shepherd, Rottweiler Chow Chow Malamute Doberman Pinscher, Akita Pit Bull (also known as Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier) Wolf Hybrid Presa Canario, Great Dane Argentine Dogo Mastiff Cane Corso, St Bernard Dalmation **Or any mixed breed with any of the above in their lineage. Uncaged animals are required to have flea preventive programs in place. Visiting pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
